The Hearing and Speech Foundation’s Training Program provides ongoing professional training and certification in the Verbotonal Method, an auditory approach implemented world-wide with children and adults who have hearing losses and other auditory and communication issues.
The establishment of our demonstration and training center is the first of its kind in North America and joins a global network of other Verbotonal Centers located in more than 22 countries.
The training program targets teachers of the hearing-impaired, speech pathologists, audiologists, special education teachers and English Language Learners (ELL) teachers who have the desire to broaden their scope of knowledge to enhance the therapy services and instruction they provide to clients.
